Are your products made in Australia?
Yes, all of our products are Australian Made. The majority of our products are made in Melbourne.
What is your shipping and returns policy?
Shipping
We provide free shipping on all orders over $100 Australia wide and $8 on all other Australian orders. Express shipping is $25.
International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
Conditions of return or exchange:
Variants in leather are a natural consequence of the material. ATKM maintains the right to deny returns for refund on bags that have minimal markings, due to the nature of the material.
If the bag is not as you desired or you are not satisfied with it, please return it within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a full refund on the purchase price. The bag needs to be in new unused condition with tags still in place. Shipping will not be refunded. If the product shows any signs of wear or damage (such as significant marks or creasing on the leather), we cannot resell them and the return will not be accepted.
Returns are not accepted on products that have been personalised or embossed. Items that have been embossed are final sale only.
Return and exchange process:
The products should be shipped to the address below., including a note with your details and letting us know the reason for the return (eg. size swap, different style/colour request or refund).
Upon receipt of your returned products, we will happily reimburse you for the cost of the goods (minus shipping) providing they meet the conditions for return. All returns for exchange or change of mind must be returned at the expense of the customer, however, exchanged goods will be sent back free of charge.

Discounted and Sale Items
Items that are not purchased at full price are eligible for store credit (in the form of a gift card) or exchange only for change of mind.
Faulty goods
If you have received faulty goods, and the purchase was made within the 30 day return period or if your shoes have developed manufacturing faults after they have been worn please contact us.
If the product is found to be faulty, we will repair, replace or refund your order where appropriate. We may request photos of the fault claim prior to approving the return.
Return and Exchange Postage
We cover the initial postage for your order for purchases over $100 and ask you to cover the postage for returns. We will cover the postage for a second product of shoes to be posted out to you after you have returned them and require you to cover any subsequent postage for returns.

Where do your materials come from?
We source the best materials available from around the world, though we prefer to source locally if we can find products that meet out quality standards. Please refer to our product pages for specifics on where the materials for each product comes from.
Do you go on sale?
We never go on sale. We deeply respect the skills our artisans have honed over many years to design and manufacture our products here in Melbourne. We pair these skills with the best materials we can source from around the world to produce high quality goods that stand the test of time.
Our goods are priced to reflect the values that we hold, which means we price our goods for what we believe they are worth. No more, no less. By supporting our small business, you are consciously supporting traditional trades, and goods made with materials of integrity and good intent.
How do I care for my item?
Take care of your ATKM gear and it will take care of you.
Canvas and Nettle
To clean your canvas, simply use a dry soft brush to move any dirt or dust. Spot cleaning with cold water is the best way to tackle any marks. Ensure the canvas dries completely before being packed away.
For those of you who like to get your hands (and apron/bag) dirty, a cold machine wash will get your ATKM gear looking tidy in no time. Air dry in a shady space and nourish any leather well with a neutral colour leather cream.
Leather
We recommend using a neutral leather conditioner on your bag or wallet every 4-5 months. Apply a small amount to the leather, then buff after a few minutes. This will give your bag a subtle, low shine.
Waterproofing your bag is ok too, although it isn’t essential. Waterproofing sprays will naturally darken and give a matte finish to the leather.
Linen
Flax linen is a strong, durable material. Simply airing out your bag is a nice way to freshen it up, although for tougher marks, a cold, gentle wash every now and then is suitable. The leather straps will be fine in the machine.
Brass Hardware
If you wish to polish your brass hardware, use a soft cloth to apply some metal polish, ensuring you wipe any excess off both the metal and leather.
