It is beautifully made. Pure, sturdy leather. Machined brass fittings. Smooth, robust zips. Nothing is fragile. Everything is elegant. It exudes quality.
It is obviously handmade by a passionate craftsperson. The stitching and finishing are flawless.
The customer service is excellent. Months after ordering this briefcase, I ordered a duffle bag. Simon emailed me to ensure that they matched (if I wanted them to). That attention to detail is virtually non-existant with other businesses.
I use the briefcase daily and do not treat it carefully. It has been faultless and is unblemished.
Because it is real leather, it can be reconditioned, polished and repaired for years to come.

I ordered a custom briefcase for my partner’s birthday, with his name embossed on it. I knew it was custom-made and probably wouldn’t arrive in time, especially with Easter coming up. But when I reached out, their team was so kind and thoughtful. Simon, who I believe is the leather craftsman, replied to me directly and made sure it would be done in time. He also gave me a very good suggestion for the embossing details, which I really appreciated. When the briefcase arrived, I was honestly so happy. It looked even better in person. It’s so beautiful, classy, and well made. The photos really don’t do it justice! There was also a handwritten note from Simon, which made it feel so personal and special.
